Ross River #1

A greenwashed scene of the Ross River in Townsville after a glut of rain and oppressive heat in the region. This is my favourite section of the Ross, it is wilder here. Scrubby bush, moss mounds, tangled and raggedy trees. Where the wetland birds like to hang around and the occasional crocodile sneaks up from the salt water connection further down stream for a barramundi that the heavy rain has flowed over the weir wall.
